Associate Attorney

Anastasia S. Markie is an associate attorney in the firm’s litigation department. Ms. Markie attended the University of California, Irvine, where she majored in Criminology, Law and Society. She received her JD from Arizona Summit Law School. Ms. Markie is also a member of the Women Lawyers Association of Los Angeles.

In law school, Ms. Markie was accepted into the Marshall Brennan Constitutional Literacy Project, which is a national civics education program that allows upper level law students to teach high school seniors courses in constitutional law and oral advocacy. During this time, she also doubled as a National Moot Court coach for high school competitors on the track to participate in oral arguments in Washington D.C.

Ms. Markie brings with her five years experience in healthcare administration and medical billing. She is admitted to practice law in California. Ms. Markie is also fluent in Russian.
