Natividad Orozco is a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant who plays an integral role in supporting the litigation team at the Law Offices of Paul P. Cheng & Associates. Known for her strong organizational skills, calm professionalism, and commitment to client service, Natividad helps ensure that each case is handled with care and precision.
With hands-on experience working on the plaintiff side of employment law cases, Natividad brings valuable insight into matters such as wrongful termination, workplace harassment, and wage and hour disputes. She assists in preparing discovery, drafting correspondence, coordinating depositions, and ensuring timely communication with clients and opposing parties—all with a focus on protecting employee rights.
Prior to joining the firm, Natividad worked at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse, where she provided direct support to the public, triaged inquiries, and reviewed court documents for accuracy. Her firsthand knowledge of court procedures and document management gives her a unique advantage in navigating the legal system and assisting attorneys throughout the litigation process.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Natividad helps bridge communication with clients from diverse backgrounds. Her passion for justice, combined with her problem-solving mindset and strong work ethic, makes her a valuable asset to both clients and colleagues. Currently furthering her education at East Los Angeles College, Natividad continues to bring energy, precision, and professionalism to every task she undertakes.
