Tamara Harris is an accomplished intellectual property and branding attorney whose practice is dedicated to helping businesses, creators, and entrepreneurs protect, monetize, and grow their creative and commercial assets. With more than a decade of experience advising clients across entertainment, technology, small business, and professional services sectors, Tamara delivers strategic, business-minded counsel at the intersection of trademarks, copyrights, contracts, and brand development.
Tamara’s background includes extensive work in trademark clearance and registration, copyright protection for visual, audio, and software works, licensing and work-for-hire agreements, trade-secret protection programs, and portfolio strategy. She has guided clients through complex USPTO and U.S. Copyright Office processes, negotiated high-value IP and entertainment contracts, and advised organizations on safeguarding proprietary information and monetizing intellectual property assets.
Prior to joining PPRC Law, Tamara served as an Intellectual Property Strategist and Staff Attorney in Bet Tzedek’s Small Business Development Program, where she counseled small and emerging businesses on IP protection, privacy, contracts, entity formation, and commercial agreements. She has also worked with private law firms and creative-industry clients, negotiating music, media, and production agreements and helping artists, innovators, and entrepreneurs secure and leverage their creative rights. In addition, she has provided pro bono IP and branding support to mission-driven startups and community organizations.
